If you are heading south to SeaSALT... From SydneyIt takes approximately 2 hours and 40 minutes to drive from Sutherland to SeaSALT at Mollymook. GerringongWe prefer to take the scenic route through Gerringong and Gerroa rather than go through Berry. We usually stop for a coffee break at Gerringong and enjoy the great views of the coastline. MiltonMilton is a good place to stop and stock up with any supplies before continuing the last couple of kilometers to Mollymook. We recommend Leo’s Kitchen (Shop 3, 105 Princes Highway, Milton) for some delicious pre-prepared meals. They have a range of pies, curries, pasta and soup all home made. Bread, cakes, desserts and gluten free meals are also available. Heading south along the Princes Highway through the shops at Milton passing the local hospital on the left you descend down a hill. At the traffic lights at the bottom of the hill there is an intersection with Croobyar Road to the right and Matron Porter drive to the left. (At this intersection there is a good pie shop diagonally across the road on the right-hand corner.) Turn left into Matron Porter Drive and head to Mollymook.
Matron Porter Drive runs down the hill past a sports field on the left and then climbs the next hill. At the top of the hill turn right into Garside Road. Slow down or you’ll miss the turn off. There is a pony club on the right after the turn off.
Proceed down Garside Road and turn right into Lockhart Avenue (Carroll Avenue is the street before Lockhart). SeaSALT is the fourth house on the right (number 53). |
